Plum Clafoutis

Fruit tress are full of fruits in our garden: pluots, apricots,blueberries,figs.This means lots of fun for me in the kitchen these days! I am making apricot jam- by far my favorite jam. But I also tried my luck with this Plum Clafoutis.

I liked it and here is the original recipe:

Few notes: I did not have italian plum (those become ripe a bit later during summer) but I used pluots which are great because they are more juicy and less meaty. Their skin is super sour and the meat is very sweet -wonderful combination for this dessert.
