Ingredients:
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
250g feta cheese (crumbled)
250g butter
1 whole egg
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp caraway seeds
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients (other than caraway seeds). Dust a working surface with flour and roll the dough into 1/4 inch thick sheet. Cut 1 1/4 inch long sticks and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Let the sticks rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat oven to 375F. Bake sticks 10-20 minutes or until golden on top and edges. Serve warm or cold.
