This recipe is a result of me wanted to add something healthy and quick to my kids breakfast menu (and mine as well). It is pretty tasty otherwise my kids would not eat it!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of red quinoa
1 tbl spoon honey
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbl spoons toasted pecans (or your favorite nuts)
Preparation:
Rinse and cook quinoa according to package instructions. Place quinoa in a serving bowl. Mix in rest of the ingredients while quinoa is still warm and enjoy!
